Senior Interior Designer （Shanghai）Description Prepare concept design, together with Interior Design Leader, to pitch for projects, competitions, potential clientsPrepare space planning, test fitting, and schematic design schemes for commercial interior design projects Prepare design development presentations (briefs), and design development documentationFurniture selection, prepare furniture RFPs, prepare final furniture specifications documentsPrepare finishes and materials boards for client presentations and prepare final finish specification documents and plansDevelop design ideasDevelop and detail design scheme with engineering services and specialist sub consultantsPrepare tender documentation package including drawings, schedules and specificationsPrepare construction documentation package including drawings, schedules and specificationsCoordinate and liaise among the design teamContribute to interior design brain storming, strategies and processesLiaise with clients, consultants and suppliersResearch clients as required Requirements CAD, REVIT, Photoshop & InDesign skillsExcellent Hand sketch Good communications and presentation skills8+ relevant experience, Retail experience preferred Good speak Mandarin & English Woods Bagot is an equal opportunity employer.
