• 岗位职责：

  
  

  1、负责招聘渠道拓展，人员招聘；2、协助人力行政总监进行体系、流程和规范的建设；3、负责员工培训的组织、实施及优化；4、协助人力行政总监处理各种行政事务；5、对中层及以下人员的员工关系进行维护；6、定期组织各种员工活动，和谐团队氛围；7、协助人力行政总监进行外埠市市场调研及分公司组建；

  
  

   

  
  

  任职要求：

  
  

  1、至少5年以上人力行政工作经验；3、至少2年以上大型企业人员招聘、培训实操经验；3、具有良好的职业操守和执行力；4、具有良好的计划性和组织能力；5、具有良好的沟通能力；6、具有创新能力，善于策划组织各种活动；7、英语具有交流能力优先；
