任职要求

• 任职要求：
  1、大学本科及以上学历，财务会计专业，持有会计上岗证及会计师职称；
  2、具有五年以上大型企业财务相关工作经验；
  3、熟悉掌握财务会计、税务相关知识，独立运用EAS软件，处理财务会计核算业务，编制会计报表；
  4、熟悉处理日常报税等工作，独立与税务部门沟通、协调；
  5、对项目成本、费用及财务信息能进行财务分析；
  6、能独立承担房地产公司的会计工作，吃苦耐劳，有独立工作能力。
  7、具有良好的职业道德，工作认真细致，责任心强。
