任职要求

• 岗位职责：Responsibility：

  
  

  1.　　 对建筑设计方案的全过程进行把控，把握进度、安排分工、把关质量；

  
  

  Control the whole process for the architectural design, grasping the progress, arranging the labor, checking the quality.

  
  

  2.　　 具有较强的创新意识，要出创意，根据甲方要求或招标文件要求，完成建筑单体方案或城市设计方案的构思，并指导深化其方案；

  
  

  Possess a strong sense of innovation, be creative, complete the construction of the monomer solution or city design ideas according to customer requirements and the requirements of the tender documents, and guide to deepen its scheme.

  
  

  3.　　 对效果图、模型、多媒体进行全面把控；

  
  

  Comprehensively control the renderings, models and multimedia.

  
  

  4.　　 能够和结构、水、暖、电气专业进行密切配合，完成建筑设计的从方案、扩初（建筑专业部分）到施工图（建筑专业部分）全过程，要对整个设计成果的标准和质量进行把关，要在施工现场做好建筑部分的服务；

  
  

  Closely cooperate with structure, water, heating, and electrical professional , to complete the architectural design of the program, from the early expansion (building professional part) to construction drawings (part of the whole

  
  

  process of building professional), check the whole design achievement standards and quality, and play an important service role in the building at the construction site.

  
  

  5.　　 负责和各方的沟通、联系，协调解决好各方在技术上的矛盾；

  
  

  Responsible for communicating, connecting, coordinating with all parties and solve all technology problems of all parties.

  任职资格Requirement：

  
  

  1.　　 建筑学等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

  
  

  Architecture and other related professional, bachelor degree or above

  
  

  2.　　 具有建筑设计行业8年以上工作经验；

  
  

  Possess more than 8 years work experience in architectural design industry.

  
  

  3.　　 熟练的手绘美术功底，熟练操作CAD，3D，PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件；

  
  

  Skilled hand-painted art skills, proficiency in CAD, 3D, PS and other related drawing software and office software.

  
  

  4.　　 把握设计效果能力强，有很强的设计理念及独到艺术见解；

  
  

  Master design capability, possess very strong design concept and unique artistic views.

  
  

  5.　　 有职业道德，高度责任心，思路清晰，有良好的沟通与组织协调能力；

  
  

  Possess good occupation morality, high responsibility, clear thinking,well communication skill and coordination ability.

  
  

  6.　　 较高的艺术气质和修养、较强的方案创意、方案讲解、客户说服能力；

  
  

  Possess higherartistic temperament and accomplishment, strong creativity, well scheme ability and the ability to convince customers.

  
  

  7.　　 英文听说流利者优先考虑。

  
  

  Proficiency in English is preferable.
