任职要求

• 空间设计总监
  岗位职责：
  1、全面负责项目管理，包括方案把控、技术支持、现场巡查等工作；
  2、负责方案设计、深化设计、施工图设计和施工阶段全过程的设计管理；
  3、审核各设计阶段的图纸，促进并落实设计方案的修改调整和施工进度，
  4、负责对本部门下属培训，协调下属之间工作上的问题,充分调动下属专业方面的最大创意能力及创意效率；
  5、独立主持商业空间设计方案，具备较丰富的现场施工经验，对材料工艺、节点、大样有深入的了解；有良好的手绘功底；
  6、考核部门内部员工的业绩、态度和潜力；
  7、管理和领导设计部团队。
  
  任职要求：
  1、室内设计、工艺美术、环境类专业大学本科以上学历；
  2、8年以上室内设计、施工管理工作经验。
  3、有良好的组织、协调能力，良好的领导能力和团队合作精神，有较强的抗压能力

  Wanted:
  Senior Interior Designer
  Position description：
  1.Take charge of project management，including scheme management, technical support and on-site implementation.
  2.Take charge of scheme design ,deepen design,CAD design and the design management in the in- construction .
  3.Check the related design drawings ,promote and implement the process of design scheme and construction.
  4.Making related training plan，coordinate their working arrangement, motivate the junior designers with their creative ability and creative efficiency.
  5.Take charge of commercial space design scheme independently, possess rich experience in field construction, possess a deep understanding on material craft and details, also with good hand drawn skill .
  6.Examine the junior interior designers for their performance，attitude and potential.
  7.Lead and manage junior interior designers .
  Requirements：
  1.University degree or above，specialized in interior design，craft design or environmental design.
  2.More than 8 years experiences relate to interior design and construction management.
  3.Good communication skills，good leadership skills and team spirit ，ability of working under high pressure.
  4.Salary: CNY30,000-50,000 a month.
  Remarks：Candicate with an overseas study background is preferred.
