  Job Summary:
  工作概要：
  Work for construction company specialized in production facilities for foreign companies. You will be overall responsible for the mechanical and electrical works for the Qingdao office, working closely together with our Western Managing Director and Chinese project director. Part of the works will be in the company’s Qingdao office (Shinan District). For important projects you will be stationed on site for some periods. Construction sites are mainly in Qingdao, Shandong, Tianjin.

  ? Calculation of offers, communicating with suppliers, take part in tender meetings with clients
  ? 工程报价的计算，与供应商沟通，与客户一起参加投标会议。
  ? Optimizing of mechanical and electrical design, suggestions to improvements and cost savings
  ? 优化机械和电气设计，建议改善和节省开支。
  ? Take part in monthly meetings on construction site to ensure the overall quality and performance of the M&E manager.
  ? 参加施工现场的每月例会，以确保总体质量和M&E经理的执行情况。

  ? Manage time schedule and quality of M&E construction works, coordinate M&E works with project manager.
  ? 控制时间表和M&E 现场工作的质量，与项目经理协调M&E工作。
  ? Take part in weekly site meetings with Employer and jianli company.
  ? 与业主和监理公司一起参加每周现场例会。
  ? Candidates with project manager experience can be considered as overall project manager.
  ? 具有项目经理经验的申请者可以考虑为总项目经理。
  
  
  Qualifications:
  资格证书：
  ? Mechanical (ventilation) or Electrical Engineer
  ? 机械（空气流通）或者电气工程师。
  ? Minimum education requirement: Bachelor in electrical or ventilation engineering
  ? 最低学历要求：电气或空气流通工程学士学位
  ? Minimum working experience 10 years on construction projects, with some site experience. Candidates with 5-10 years’ experience are acceptable if they have worked on at least 3 projects with foreign clients.
  ? 最低工作经验要求： 最少3年的建筑项目的工作经验，并具有一定现场工作经验。如果申请者在最近的3个项目中与外国客户合作，那么具有2-3年的工作经验是可以接受的。
  ? Must be able to take charge in leading the construction works either as M&E manager or Project Manager on site
  ? 无论M&E经理或者项目经理在不在现场，都必须能主持并领导现场工作。
  ? English skills: Must be able to read and write and carry out basic oral communication with client’s in English.
  ? 英语技能：CET4，必须能用英文读，写，具备可以与客户交流的一定的英语口语水平者优先。
  ? Certificates: Candidates with a first or second level engineer certificate are preferred but not a requirement.
  ? 证书：申请者有一级或者二级工程师证书的优先考虑，但并非必要条件。
