Main task 1、To validate and review the Programs, drawings, technical documents , including: ⑴ Prophase planning’s technical documents; ⑵ general layout plan, integrated municipal pipeline map; ⑶ project ‘s major technical implementation plan; ⑷ overall construction plan; special subject technical construction programs. 2、To deal with technical issues during the construction process, including: ⑴ Reviewing major project construction arrangements and plans ⑵ Approval of the technical aspects in the declaring engineering documents ⑶ To deal with important and difficult technical problems; ⑷ To be responsible for the technical aspects verification of external issue external issue documents. 3、To be responsible for equipment, materials procurement and bidding 4、To Preside over the related major engineering technical meetings and conferences. 5、To be responsible for establishing a sound construction organization, design management system. 6、To coordinate general manager in completion of the corresponding work.
