公司介绍 （Introduction）： 美国凯佳李建筑设计事务所（KAZIA.LI Design Collaborative）2006年创建于芝加哥，由资深的国际团队领导，设计团队由中国、美国、英国、印度等国的优秀设计师组成，是一个拥有国际视野且充满活力的新锐设计公司。目前KaziaLi在芝加哥、伦敦、天津、上海设有办公室。 我们的兴趣在于建造出比业主预期更加伟大的建筑。基于这一出发点我们专心致力于打造具有纪念意义和体态适合的建筑，通过建筑形式解决一系列的问题。以优雅和精致的风格，在满足空间组织和周边功能，预算，进度和技术问题的前提下，尊重当地文化，总体规划，自然环境和社会经济环境。 KaziaLi部分作品被收录于著名建筑杂志，如美国BD+C（建筑设计与施工）杂志，新加坡《名筑》杂志，国内《时代建筑》《新理想空间》杂志等。2008年，事务所合伙人Clay Vogel入选美国BD+C杂志评选的全美“40 under 40 superstars”杰出建筑师。同时KaziaLi还是美国最大设计公司HOK的重要合作伙伴，公司成立以来与HOK一起承担了数项医疗、博物馆、新城镇规划的设计工作。 在中国，KaziaLi一直被认为是为业主的复杂建筑项目服务的机构。KaziaLi承接的项目包括医院，博物馆，酒店，火车站，办公楼，学校，居住区，豪华别墅及会所等，规模从几千到几百万平方英尺。 依据我们的发展策略，KaziaLi已与世界范围内的本地公司建立合作伙伴关系，并将我们长期实践积累的设计理论和技术经验嫁接到有能力并熟悉本地的本土公司中。这样可以让我们和合作伙伴更能针对有特别设计和技术要求的任务创造出唯一的解决方案。从战略定位出发，除了美国及中国，我们现在还为中东，印度，韩国和越南在内的各国业主提供建筑设计服务。 KAZIALI Design Collaborative( in short ‘KaziaLi’) is founded in 2006, CHICAGO. It is an international observation and full of vigor young design company. Our interest lies in building great buildings which exceed our clients’ expectations. And in so doing we are speciifically interested in defining a memorable and appropriate form for the buildings; a form which solves the program-satisfying the questions of spatial organiztion and functional adjacencies, budget, schedule, and technology-in an elegant and refined manner yet within a framework that is responsive to the local culture, the urban (or ex-urban) patterns, the natural environment and the socioeconomic setting. Part of KaziaLi works are embodied by lots of famous architecture magizines, such as BD+C of USA, FUTURARC of Singapore, TIME+ARCHITECTURE and NEW IDEA SPACE of China. Clay Vogel, the partner of KaziaLi, was chosen to be one of 40 under 40 superstars by BD+C, in 2008. Meanwhile, KaziaLi is the important cooperator of HOK in USA. We has undertaken a lot of design work with HOK, such as health care, museum, and new town urban planning design etc. KaziaLi is a service organization and works on complex buildings for the client. KaziaLi early design the projects with local firms, include hospital, museum, hotel and office buildings, education, luxary villa and club etc., range in scale from thousands to millions feet. According to our development strategy, KaziaLi built up cooperating relationship with the native firms in the globle scope. We use our design knowledge of long term practice and technology experience on powerful and familiar local area native company. Our cooperators and us can create unique solution that focus on the comission with special design and technical requirement. By the strategy position, we mostly offer architecture design service except for US and China, and also middle east, india, korea and vietnam clients.
