• Title: Senior Project Architect
  高级项目建筑师
  Reports to: Project Manager or Principal

  Summary: This is an experienced Project Architect, preferably bi-lingual fluent in Mandarin and
  English, assigned to Retail projects with client contact and inter-team leadership
  responsibilities. Senior Project Architect performs architectural design and development
  work for Retail projects involving complex alternation of existing buildings; technical
  design and China Code proficiencies are required. Position has responsibilities for
  overall coordination of architectural work with an extended consultant and client vendor
  team. Individual may work independently and/or leading the work of 3 – 4 staff.

  负责零售店商店建筑设计，在团队中起主导作用。具体职责包括主导建筑设计，
  复杂商店工程中涉及本体建筑的改扩建，提供相关的建筑技术支持，并精通中国
  相关建筑规范。能够在项目整体进展中和其他专业乃至业主的建材团队进行有效

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)

  Works with clients to identify objectives and formulate options; conceptualizes total project and
  establishes key work priorities for development of design, scheduling and budgeting.
  与客户一起明确项目目标和制定方案；对项目的整体概念进行把控，为项目的发展建立
  工作重点，工作周期和预算。
  Communicates and strategizes by partnering with local and remote project teams and translates
  project objectives into workable solutions; evaluates alternatives, and maintains quality technical
  and design control.
  与本地和远程的项目团队进行沟通制定策略，并将设计目标转换成可实现的解决方案；
  评估备选方案，进行设计质量、技术控制。
  Prepare graphic code analyses of projects for use in client discussions. Maintain running log of
  code issues to be resolved and decisions made throughout life of projects.
  在跟业主沟通时，提供相关建筑规范的分析图纸。并在整体项目进程中对具体规范的适
  用和相关的问题提供支持
  Coordinates and communicates regularly with managers, consultants, and team members
  regarding project status; ensures work meets clients’ requirements, is timely and completed
  within budget.

  工程在预算内及时并圆满的完成，满足客户的需求
  Prepares designs, working drawings, specifications and labor cost estimates for projects;
  initiates and develops design and construction documents for projects.

  图阶段设计负责。
  Maintains records to document phases of client/architect/contractor relationship and activities.

  Leads the work of other architectural staff; coordinates work with interior design staff.

  Provides expertise in a specific project type to team members, client, consultants, and
  contractors.

  Assist in the selection of consultants and negotiate fee and contract arrangements.

  May participate in marketing efforts, including presentations, meeting with clients.

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
  建筑专业或相关专业大学本科或研究生以上学历。
  Ten years experience as a professional architect required, including at least three years as a
  Project Architect.
  十年专业建筑师的经验，包括至少三年的项目建筑师经验。
  Three years minimum previous supervisory and personnel management required.
  至少3年的项目管理经验，并具备良好的管理素质
  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing.

  Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  能够有效的进行团队合作。
  Ability to complete tasks with high degree of accuracy and with strong attention to detail.

  Proficiencies with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CAD, Acrobat, MS-Project.

  Physical Requirements/ Work Environment:

  Normal office environment with moderate noise levels, occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.,
  regular walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing and reaching. 正常办公室工作环境（中度

  Ability to perform consistent work on PC
