  PURPOSE:职责：

  
  

  1、To participate in setting strategic direction of the Mining Department,.

  
  

  参与设计采矿部门的战略方向；

  
  

  2、Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.

  
  

  领导、组织并指挥团队，确保在人员绩效、环境健康安全质量及组织效益方面取得突出成绩；

  
  

  3、Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times

  5、Ensure the selection of projects that match objectives of Business Plan by ensuring risks in tender and contract conditions are recognized and accounted for

  
  

  通过确认投标风险和确保合同条款的解读以确保所选择的项目符合公司业务规划

  
  

  6、Ensure the effective management of subcontractors and the procurement is in accordance with the budget 分包商管理及采购预算控制

  
  

  7、Ensure realistic projects plans and settings are meeting the budget targets and contract conditions in accordance with Business Plan

  
  

  根据公司业务规划，确保项目方案设计符合预算要求及合同条款

  
  

  Ensure profit on each project is monitored and managed effectively to achieve

  
  

  8、Business Plan targets，participate in setting of margins that properly reflect risk and margin. 确保监管每个项目的利润，并加以高效管理以实现经营计划的目标，并且参与设定各项边际指标能恰当地反映风险和边际收益

  
  
  
  

  Qualifications: 任职资格：

  
  

  1、Tertiary qualifications in Mining essential. 采矿行业必需的第三方资质

  
  

  2、Knowledge 知识 ：

  
  

  （1）Compliance requirements 、弹性管理 （2）Financial concepts 财务理念

  
  

  （3）Strategic planning 、 战略规划

  
  

  (4)Industry standards and best practice 行业标准和最佳实践

  
  

  (5)OHS&E 职业安全健康和环境 (6) Mining Engineering 采矿工程

  
  

  Experience:经验

  
  

  1、Developing business plans 制定经营计划

  
  

  2、Budget preparation 制订预算

  
  

  3、Managing staff 管理层经验

  
  

  4、Commercial/public liaison. 商业联络/公关

  
  

  5、Previous Experience in a similar role. 在类似岗位有工作经验

  
  

  6、Minimum 25 years in the Mining Industry. 25年矿业行业经验
