  GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUMMARY 简要职责范围：

  
  

  1、Direction and supervision of Mine Department personnel. 指导监督矿区运营部的全体工作人员

  
  

  2、Planning of daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure safe production.

  
  

  制定每日、每周及每月的作业计划确保安全生产

  
  
  
  

  MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要岗位职责：

  
  

  1. Manage Mining operations, provide guidance and mentorship in the development of the capacity and capability of the operations group

  
  

  管理采矿运营，在团队发展过程中为运营团队提升管理和运营能力提供指导

  3. Liaising with the mining engineering, survey and geology sections and tasks are communicated and understood.

  ？ 4. Procurement of required items and materials to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly planned tasks run smoothly, efficiently and are carried out in a timely manner.

  ？ 5. Cost control and monitoring of budgetary requirements.

  SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 所需技能及能力要求：

  
  

  1、English literacy to a conversational level.

  
  

  能用英语进行无障碍交流，包括书面及口语

  
  

  ？ 2、Excellent leadership, organizational skills and interdepartmental communication skills.

  
  

  出色的领导能力及组织能力和跨部门沟通技巧

  
  

  ？ 3、Excellent working knowledge of all aspects of mining operational theory including open pit operation, as well as excellent knowledge of consumable products used in the mining industry including their safe use and applications.

  
  

  具备全方的采矿作业理论包括露天开采的专业知识，以及安全使用采矿业易耗品的专业知识

  
  

  4、Ability to effectively plan daily, weekly and monthly work activities.

  5、Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite of programs.

  EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION 经历、资历及学历：

  
  

  1、Minimum fifteen years of experience in mining field. 采矿领域至少15年经验

  
  

  2、Bachelor’s degree in a mining engineering. 采矿工程本科学历
