GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUMMARY 简要职责范围:
The Mine Training Foreman’s key objective is to implement training and assessing in their areas of expertise as intended by the training and assessment documents, in accordance to the ZMSC JV principles.

The Key Responsibilities of the Mine Training Foreman include: 采矿培训领班的工作职责
1. Ensure that all training material is complete when conducting training and assessing of all participants

2. Continuously support new and current training systems.
不断支持新的培训系统。
3. Conduct training and assessments in a timely manner.

4. The Maintenance Training Foreman must be conversant with the different types of mobile equipment on the mine site and should be able to operate such equipment to a high standard.
采矿培训领班必须熟悉矿地上不同的移动设备,并且具备高超的操作技术
5. Ensure that before any training and assessing is to be conducted that all participants are aware of the subject matter that they will be trained or assessed on.
在培训前告知培训者将要进行培训或评估的内容
6. Cooperate with all staff in training or assessing to generate a successful outcome.
配合所有员工进行训练或评估,以便顺利完成。
7. Report all incidents/hazards to the Training General Foreman immediately.
及时向培训主管汇报所有的培训突发事件和危害
8. Ensure retention of adequate business records to satisfy all statutory and legal requirements.
确保保留足够的业务记录,以符合相关法律的要求
9. Conduct one\'s company activities commensurate to the responsibilities of the position of Maintenance Training Foreman in keeping with the ZMSC \'Code of Ethics\'.
依据ZMSC的道德规范,维修培训领班的行为应当与自己的工作职责相称
10. Maintain confidentiality (i.e. do not divulge, distribute, circulate or copy) any information which may be regarded as of a confidential nature, including but not limited to, information on Company business, developed processes, costs, contracts, etc., or information which may be regarded as confidential to any company or person directly contracted by ZMSC.
保守秘密,(严禁泄露、散播、谣传、复印)所有机密信息,包括但不限于公司商业机密、发展进程、合同等,以及任何公司、个人与ZMSC公司达成的协议。
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 所需技能及能力要求:
1. Good English literacy to a written & conversational level.
能用英语进行无障碍交流,包括书面及口语
2. Excellent leadership skills, organizational skills, and interdepartmental communication skills.
出色的领导能力、组织能力及跨部门沟通技巧。
3. Excellent working knowledge of maintenance of mobile equipment in the open pit environment.
对于露天开采相关的移动器材的维修维护方面拥有丰富的知识
4. Prior experience as a mobile equipment mechanic of trucks, excavators and ancillary equipment and trainer of mobile equipment mechanics.
曾担任过卡车、挖掘机、配套设备的维修机械师,且担任过移动设备机械师的培训导师
5. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
熟练操作微软OFFICE软件
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION 经历、资历及学历:
1. Training Experience – 5 years (Significant experience in operating mobile equipment in an Open Pit environment a must).
5年以上的培训经验(需要有充分的操作露天采矿移动器材的经验)。
2. Operating Experience – 5 years (Significant experience in training operators in the operation of mobile equipment in an Open Pit environment a must).
5年以上的操作经验(必须有培训操作露天开采移动器材的经验)。
3. Training Qualifications in the Mining Industry essential;

4. Must be conversant with Open Pit Mining Operations.
