  The Key responsibilities for the Training function include:

  
  

  维修主管的主要职责为：

  
  
  
  

  1. Develop a Maintenance “Work Order” system and the IEH, to ensure efficiency and improved productivity

  
  

  开发并维护“工作订单”系统，并建立IEH，从而确保高效的生产力。

  
  

  2. Manage the Maintenance Budget. Monitor and Manage achievement of key Maintenance KPI\'s

  
  

  控制维修维护的预算，监控和管理关键业绩指标的达成。

  
  

  3. Develop Maintenance procedural Manual in alignment with the ZMSC Master Management plan.

  
  

  建立以ZMSC管理计划为准则的维护程序手册。

  
  

  4. Manage the supply agreements from the Major distributors of the mining fleet. And manage all warranty claims.

  
  

  管理与主要经销商的供货协议。处理所有的保证期内的赔偿。

  
  

  5. Develop friendly relations and full cooperation with all distributors and conduct monthly meetings to review equipment performance and key KPI\'s.

  
  

  与供应商建立良好的关系，并且能和他们充分合作。每月进行关于设备效能和主要业绩的总结会议。

  
  

  6. Continue to develop and enhance the capabilities of the strategic maintenance planning team to ensure Equipment health is carefully monitored. i.e. (Tyre/GET, Backlogs, midlife component change outs, PM, contamination control, service reporting, equipment safety )

  7．Develop, maintain and communicate a maintenance manning roster suitably completed with consideration for R&R, sickness coverage and succession planning.

  
  

  发展，维护，传达维护人员安排名册，并适当地考虑修养与维护，疾病保险以及接班计划

  
  

  8. Understanding and communication of weekly plan to direct reports. This will include attendance of the weekly and monthly planning meetings. The Mine plan will be completed by many parties who will assist in its delivery. Cooperation with all parties is required to generate a successful outcome.

  9. Liaise with the mining operations team and the operations team to ensure planned maintenance is understood in advance and scheduled to minimize impact to operations.

  10. Promote the ZMSC Safety Policy. 促进ZMSC的安全策略。

  
  
  
  

  SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 所需技能及能力要求：

  
  

  1. English literacy to a conversational level.

  
  

  能用英语进行无障碍交流能力（包括书面及口语）

  
  

  2. Excellent leadership skills, organizational skills, and interdepartmental communication skills.

  
  

  出色的领导能力、组织能力及跨部门沟通技巧。

  
  

  3. Excellent working knowledge of all aspects of mining operational theory including open pit operation. As well as excellent knowledge of consumable products used in the mining industry including their safe use and applications.

  
  

  具备全方位的采矿作业理论包括露天开采的专业知识，以及安全使用采矿业易耗品的专业知识。

  
  

  4. Ability to effectively plan daily, weekly and monthly work activities.

  EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION 经历、资历及学历：

  
  

  1. Mining Maintenance Experience – 15 years (Significant experience in Open Pit Operations & Processing a must)

  
  

  有采矿维护工作经验15年以上（露天开采和加工的经验最为重要）

  
  

  2. Engineering Degree Preferred; however well experienced hands on maintenance professional without formal qualifications would also be desirable.

  
  

  工程学学位优先，如果专业丰富经验者若无相关证书也可考虑。

  
  

  3. Must be conversant with Open Pit Mining & Processing maintenance.

  
  

  必须熟悉露天开采和加工维护。
