职位描述

任职要求

• Responsibilities:
  
  1、Responsible for the Group’s corporate communications；
  
  2、Handled both local and overseas investor relations and media relations
  
  activities (such as investor presentations, analyst conference calls, roadshows,,
  
  press conferences, investor’s company and projects visits, media interviews
  
  and projects visits, and etc) for the Company；
  
  3、Acts as spokesperson for the Group in front of media, investors and other external parties；
  
  4、Responsible for investor relations and media relations program for the
  
  company；
  
  5、Responsible for implementing the IPO process and communicating with the
  
  bankers, lawyers, valuations and accountants；
  
  6、Maintained and developed an investor and media database for the group；
  
  7、Responsible for the analysis of company’ project investments.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  1、5 years of experiences in IPO or finance analyst；
  
  2、Be familiar with the finance model theory and its skills；
  
  3、Good ability for investment analyzing and business negotiating skills；
  
  4、Good oral and written skills in English.
