Job Description: 1.Coordinate and consult with project designer during the design development stage, to produce a complete set of construction documents. 2.Full comprehension of design concept, and ability to turn the concept into working drawings. 3.Partake in all matters during the construction stage, including but not limited to communicating with contractors and clients. 4.Responsible for the modification and revision of drawings during the construction stage, as well as compilation of the drawings upon completion of project. 5.Site follow-ups in cooperation with other parties involved, modify and revise drawings to correct construction deficiencies or to reduce construction problems. 6.Assist in material selections and responsible for monitoring project progress.
Desired Skills and Experiences: 1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, and/or other related field. 2.Minimum 3 years post qualification design experience, ideally with retail design experience of big-scale emporiums. 3.Working location is in ChangNing District of Shanghai, ideally those currently resides in Shanghai. Accommodation will not be provided. 4.Open to business trips.
