任职要求

• Foreign architects Qualifications
  1.Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture.
  2.2-5 years or more experience in architectural design of residential, office, commercial, retail, mixed-use, and other related projects.
  3.Computer skills: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop or similar software. Good hand drawing skill is preferred.
  4.Fluent in written and spoken English. Familiarity with Chinese architectural codes and regulations is preferred.
  5.Strong spirit of responsibility and teamwork, professional attitude, and shared vision. Strong coordination and communication skills.
  6.Excellent design capability and innovative spirit. Able to design independently and understand the client’s needs. Enthusiastic about architectural design and open to new concepts and work methods.
  7.Sincere interest in Chinese culture and traditions.
  8.Comfortable working with Chinese colleagues. Friendly attitude.
