Strong experience in advanced design stages, construction site management and supervision. Reporting directly to the lead architect and ultimately the creative director as an integral part of our client team, you will coordinate projects and lead its development.
Professional requirements:
? A professional degree in architecture ? 6 years of professional experience ? Ability to maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced office ? Knowledge of materials and detailed planning ? Experience in on site supervision ? Management of sub-projects in the design-process, interface with other specialized departments and suppliers ? Preparation and delivery of presentations (on the phone, digitally, in person) ? Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Rhinoceros ? Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
