任职要求

• Requirements
  
  1.Minimum Bachelor Degree in a Real Estate or related discipline (e.g. Civil and Structural Engineering, Architecture).
  2.Additional Qualifications in Finance and Business Administration would be an advantage.
  3.Strong familiarity with Tianjin Real Estate Market.
  4.At least 5 years’ experience in Real Estate investment, with at least one record of successful land acquisition in Tianjin.
  5.Strong network of contacts in Tianjin Real Estate industry.
  6.Good analytical and financial skills.
  7.Effective negotiation skills with partners and landowners.
  8.Fluency in both Chinese and English and able to write reports in English with high standard is a must.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  1.Conduct market research and monitor real estate news and developments.
  2.Enable in sourcing for and identifying suitable investment opportunities.
  3.Enable in deal structuring and negotiations on investment terms.
  4.Conduct financial modeling including establishing the revenue and cost assumptions.
  5.Enable in the preparation of investment papers to secure management approval.
  6.Conduct due diligence and the legal documentation process.
  7.Enable in the preparation of regular asset management and investment related reports.
  8.Enable in liaison with relevant government departments in land related matters.
  9.Supervise junior BD executives.
