1. Make sure all the materials and equipments purchased by clients or by contractors are delivered on time with good quality. 2. Expeditor is responsible for the expediting of all deliverables called in Purchase Order. Suppliers and/or contractors will be expedited whenever necessary to ensure that PO milestone and delivery dates are maintained. 3. Coordinate with logistic company for freight forward finished products to oversea if needed. 4. Prepare expediting plan including level of expediting 5. Perform home office expediting by making frequency calls to maintain regular contacts with supplier and/or contractors to monitor progress of vendor engineering, purchasing, fabrication and shipping 6. Working with inspectors to do regular QA/QC inspection during equipment manufacturing. Pay shop visits to supplier and/or contractors facility to conduct shop expediting to verify actual progress 7. Prepare and issue expediting reports 8. Based on the POs and contracts, prepare equipment and materials delivery status report. 9. Review progress status report submitted by supplier and/or contractors to note discrepancies between current report & past report 10. Identify any existing or potential problems on progress. Investigate the causes and make recommendations to resolve these issues.
