任职要求

• 岗位职责：
  1、负责配合对外宣传公司形象、设计水平、设计作品；
  2、熟悉公司项目、设计作品及设计相关内容，了解设计师的设计理念；
  3、建立系统全面的客户联络跟踪单，定期向总经理汇报，并根据客户意见，制定相应的解决办法，及时上报总经理；
  4、参与公司宣传手册的制作，及时将公司的宣传资料等送至客户手中；
  5、拟定工程设计合同及咨询合同，协助总经理及主设计师与甲方有关人员谈判，维护公司利益；
  6、合同的登记、管理、存档；
  7、负责合同签订后定金的催缴，及时与财务人员沟通；
  8、对上向总经理、市场总监负责，辅助客户主管工作；平行联系设计管理者及财务人员。
  
  任职资格：
  1、房地产/建筑学/环艺等设计相关专业，2年以上建筑设计/建筑工程公司的企划、营销经验；
  2、良好的组织协调及团队合作能力，高度的工作责任感。认真细致，为人忠诚；
  3、有建筑设计/建筑工程行业或外企工作从业经验者优先。
