职位描述

任职要求

• Requirement:
  1. Bachelor of Architecture degree or higher;
  2. More than 5 years project managing experience in foreign architecture firm;
  3. Familiar with the design process of Chinese projects and international projects;
  4. Excellent communication skill with foreign architect. Excellent leadership, problem solving and coordination ability;
  5. Able to work with tight deadlines and demanding schedule;
  6. Fluent in English, especially proficient in listening, speaking ability;
  7. Ability to learn and use new software.
  8. Strong knowledge of Chinese building codes and construction practices.
  9. Familiar with Healthcare Project is a plus
  
  Responsibility:
  1. Participate in meeting and conference calls;
  2. Record bi-lingual meeting minutes;
  3. Communicating and coordinating with foreign architect and Chinese client;
  4. Overseeing and liaising with support staff during all phases of design and production and reporting to operation manager;
  5. Ensure good communication with foreign architect via email or conference call;
  6. Assist team to meet weekly target dates.
