职位描述

任职要求

• Establishment of safety procedure during bidding stage and site works
  Responsible for safety control on site
  Organize weekly safety meetings with subcontractors
  Prepare meeting minutes and dispatch
  Safety site inspection with reports to client, subcontractors and GSE Project Director
  Monitor HSE performance of the works and report to GSE Health & Safety Director in Europe
  Coordination with Authorities:
  
  Hold good relationship with Quality Bureau and other authorities
  
  安全管理：
  
  建立项目投标阶段和现场施工阶段的安全规程
  负责现场施工的安全
  组织与分包商的每周例会
  准备和分发例会记录
  现场安全视察，并为业主、分包商和GSE项目总监呈上相关报告
  监督工程中健康与安全方面的工作表现并汇报至GSE欧洲健康与安全部总监
  与相关机构的协调工作:
  
  与质监局及其他相关机构有良好的关系
  
  Requirements / 职位要求:
  
  Must a Safety Officer certificate and Level-C Safety Work Inspection Certificate holder
  Minimum 5 to 8 years experiences in a similar function
  Familiar with Chinese safety regulations and procedures
  Fluent in spoken and written English
  持安全员上岗证及安全考核C证
  拥有相关职能5-8年的工作经验
  熟悉中国的安全规章和程序
  英语读写流利
