职位描述

任职要求

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years (Well-known institution would be an advantage)
  Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English (Proficient in architectural vocabulary)
  3 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect
  
  on a broad range of project types and covering aspects of Design, Documentation and Project Management
  A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills
  o AUTOCAD 2008/2009
  o ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  enthusiasm for the development potential of CAD software is essential and interest in programming would be beneficial
  Experience in coordinating cad teams, checking drawings, developing Company CAD standards and coaching juniors would be beneficial
  Experience in coordination and production of accurate, readable drawings
  Assistance of the Senior Architect/Team Leader in the efficient working of the Team
