任职要求

• 职位要求：
  具有负责各种桥梁或结构、施工设计项目的经验
  具有负责设计方案论证、图纸审核和技术管理工作的经验
  具有负责协调高级和初级工程师按时、高质完成所承担的项目的经验
  具有与业主、设计院以及承包商工作交流的经验
  具有项目开发的能力、愿望和渠道
  15年以上相关工作经验
  具有国家注册职业资格及高级工程师资格者优先
  英语好者优先
  有以下相关工作经验者优先：
  o 悬索桥、斜拉桥以及其它桥梁的结构设计和施工方案设计
  o 造桥机、架桥机以及其它专用起重设备等的设计和咨询
  o 利用钢绞线液压千斤顶技术进行大件提升等施工方案设计及实施
  
  Requirement:
  Experienced in project management of design of permanent or temporary works of large scale bridges
  Experienced in technical review of erection schemes or design drawings of large scale projects
  Strong planning, coordinating and resource managing skills and experiences.
  Proven ability to effectively interact with multiple level people in the organisations of authorities, design institutes and main contractors
  Proven ability to manage technical personnel
  Previous experience in developing clients desirable
  Charted engineers and/or those of senior engineer or above qualification are preferred
  Good spoken and written English is preferred
  Min. 15 years related work experience required
  Experiences in the following areas are preferred:-
  Design and/or erection engineering of suspension bridges, cable stayed bridge and other types of bridges
  Design of bridge erection gantries and other special heavy lifting equipment
  Design and/or operation of heavy lifting systems using strand jacking technologies
