•本科以上学历，城市规划、规划设计、风景园林等相关专业毕业； •较强的方案构思及表现能力，熟练掌握电脑绘图软件或有较强的手绘能力，在大型城市规划项目、社区规划项目上提供强有力的概念设计或指导，并带领团队从概念到施工图完成项目规划设计； •八年以上城市规划经验，能独立完成方案并主持项目运作，熟悉国内规划规范。； •具备良好的沟通能力有责任心，工作态度积极主动，具有团队合作精神，能适应外企高效率工作环境； •有大型设计院、合资或境外设计公司的工作经验者、有海外工作经历者或具有注册规划师执业资格者优先考虑。 •Bachelor degree or above, majoring in urban planning, planning and design, landscape architecture; •Creative concept design, proficiency in computer graphics software or freehand skills. Provide guidance in large urban planning projects, community planning projects from conceptual design to completion; •More than 8 years urban planning experience, able to complete the project independently, familiar with China’s laws and rules.; •Good communication skills, responsible, proactive work attitude, team spirit, adaptive to efficient work environment; •Experienced ex-employees in large design institute, joint venture or abroad design firm, qualification registered planner are preferred.
