•具有建筑学或其它相应专业的本科或以上学位； •较强的方案构思及表现能力，熟练掌握电脑绘图软件或有较强的手绘能力； •有施工图设计经验，熟悉国内规范，主持项目建筑设计； •具备良好的沟通能力，有责任心，工作态度积极主动，具有团队合作精神，能适应外企高效率工作环境； •有大型设计院、合资或境外设计公司的工作经验者、有海外工作经历者或具有注册建筑师执业资格者优先考虑。 •Bachelor degree or above in Architecture and related professions •Creative concept design and presentation skills, proficiency in computer graphics software or a freehand skills; •Experienced in concept and construction design, familiar with national regulations，able to lead architectural design; •Have good communication skills, responsible, proactive work attitude, team spirit, able to adapt to Western efficient work environment; •experienced ex-employees in a large design institute, joint venture or abroad design firm are preferred.
