• 职位描述/要求：
  - Assist the Project Manager for administrative affairs
  
  
  
  n Program contracts.
  
  n Collect project information from subcontractors.
  
  n Deal with GSE office for payment.
  
  n Prepare making reports and communication with clients and subcontractors.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  
  - Have administrative background with over 3 years of work experience;
  
  - Be excellent at spoken and written English;
  
  Be able to work independently, well-organized and give accuracy priority;
  
  Possess good communication skills and good at reporting;
  
  Be able to deal with emergency cases;
  
  Adaptive to site working environment;
  
  Be proficient at computer operation (Microsoft word, excel);
  
  Have experience in construction sector.
  
  Accept to work for the project in Wu Han(武汉).
