任职要求

• 职位描述
  
  1、 本科学历，10年以上相关工作经验；或硕士学历，8年以上相关工作经验。年龄35-45岁之间，性别不限；
  2、 有丰富的总规、详规、景观规划等城市规划实务经验；
  3、 熟悉中国规划市场尤其是长三角区域，能够接受短期出差及偶尔的中东地区出差；
  4、 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力，敏锐的市场意识和良好的市场开拓能力。
  5、 良好的英语表达能力。
  
  1. Over 15 years of relevant working experience in urban planning, Bachelor degree and above， .
  2. Strong capability in master planning / urban planning and landscape planning.Profound experience in property, transport planning or infrastructure planning etc, good management skills and marketing ability.
  3. Familiar with China local planning market will be priority.
  4. Preferably Caucasian to assist Dept head in front end design / travel to other offices ni China or possible overseas work in the Middle East
