职位描述

任职要求

• Requirements:
  1.Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
  2.Minimum 5 years of postgraduate working experience in Structural design and design management field
  3.Experience in the high-tech industry preferred but not essential
  4.Previous working experience with multi national and/or in a foreign country preferred
  5.Working knowledge of building work specifications and GB code
  6.Familiar with local construction materials and methods of construction and be able to source and provide wide range of selection
  7.Previous experience in preparation of bids and review of quotations of building materials & construction works
  8.Proven experience in leading a team of engineers/architects within a design or project office
  9.Bilingual and be able to communicate with all level of staff
  10.Job site traveling may required based on the project location
