1.Leading the team, prepare tendering and bidding documents, participate in tendering and bidding meetings, assist contract negotiations, manage the project design as well as the construction, testing and commissioning. 2.Leading engineers, designers and the whole project team to finish project on time, within budget and meeting relevant safety and quality requirement.
Qualifications:
1.University degree in engineering.
2.Good command in English both in speaking and writing.
3.At least 8 years relevant experience in construction project management (experience in Shanghai or Shanghai area in manufacturing industry is preferable).
4.Familiar with local and international codes and standards.
5.Ability to communicate effectively with project management and project team members. Must be proactive, positive and clearly in thinking.
