  国际采购工程师 ( 2-上海)
  
  Responsibilities:
  －了解市场状况及内外部需求
  －确定采购战略
  －不断开发供应商以满足公司的发展及集团的需求
  －监控供应商绩效，跟踪纠正措施及预防措施
  －建立合理价格分析体系及价格政策，与供应商协谈价格
  
  
  Requirements :
  - 本科毕业，机械或电气专业
  - 三年工作经验
  - 较好的英语听说读写的能力
  - 成熟的处事能力及沟通技巧
