任职要求

• 工作地点:上海/北京/深圳
  
  Responsibilities:
  - In charge to coordinate design institute, consult with architects, engineers and authorities to make sure that project are completed successfully;
  - Supervise construction sites and contractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained;
  - Responsible for the maintenance of technical and other pertinent documents, implements quality control procedures and establishes detailed schedules for on-site inspection activities of civil phases.
  
  Requirements:
  - University degree in Civil Engineering;
  - Minimum with 5 years‘ relevant experience in design and construction with a strong emphasis on building system detail review and execution, Experience in the industrial industry preferred;
  - Previous working experience with multinational and/or in foreign country engineering company preferred;
  - Good communication skills, personal drive, initiative and resourcefulness, management and leadership ability;
  - Be willing to take on a management/system co-ordination role;
  - Be experienced in the problem-solving of field issues;
  - Computer proficient (MS Word, Excel, Project & AutoCAD drafting) ;
  - Good English in Written and Spoken.
