  1）What：
  Qualified as a store planner/architect or equivalent
  Proven significant experience of site/store planning in a large scale retail environment
  Computer Aided Design system literate or suitable professional qualification
  Good understanding of government planning and building control regulations
  Knowledge of Planning Legislation
  Experience of presenting to and influencing governance groups for planning approval
  Traffic planning knowledge
