职位描述

任职要求

• 职位描述：
  1、建筑学专业大专以上学历；
  
  2、三年左右建筑设计经验（有一定的初步设计及熟练施工图设计经验，能协助或独立进行方案设计,项目管理）；
  
  3、熟练使用建筑设计相关的应用软件（天正、AUTOCAD等），了解国家及上海市建筑规范；
  
  4、具有较强的沟通协调能力和悟性。
  
  5、英语听、说流利
  
  
  
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or above with background in architecture related majors;
  
  2. Three years’ experience in architecture design ( have certain experience in junior design and skilled Construction Drawing Design, be able to assist or independently work on project planning and management)
  
  3. Proficient in architecture software , TArch, AutoCAD, etc. familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations.
  
  4. Strong communication skills and a quick learner
  
  5. Be fluent in listening and oral English,
