Job Description: 1. Risk identification and management: be responsible for identifying, reviewing and overseeing commercial risks. Plays an important role in risk control program including policies, procedures. Build, maintain and continuously improve the proactive risk management system. 2. Proposal: organize proposal and develop winning strategies, assists in proposal planning efforts and coordinate the activities of proposal team members; Prepare commercial portion for quotation/bidding document. 3. Contracts: --develop reasonable contract strategies; --structure, draft, interpret, revise and negotiate the terms and conditions of contractual documents, include proposal, agreement, letter of intent etc and involve in the negotiation for contract terms & conditions; --be in charge of management of large EPC / turn-key contracts in the oil & gas and/or petrochemical industry; --be responsible for identification, preparation, mitigation, and resolution of contract risks in a lump sum contracting environment, as well as analysis and negotiation of basic terms and conditions at bid stage and --fulfill and manage contract and subcontracts during project execution; --plan, organize and manage contract relationships and contract documents to improve the commercial/contract management process. --manage contract changes and claims with clients.
