职位描述

任职要求

• 主要工作职责:
  - 协助部门经理管理日常工作，包括排班、工作指派、承包商跟进等；
  - 负责暖通系统的日常运作和管理；
  - 对楼宇工程项目提出改进意见和建议，如节能等；
  - 负责对员工的考核评估以及技能培训。
  
  资格及经验要求:
  - 本科以上学历，暖通专业
  - 中级以上职称
  - 八年以上暖通、强电系统管理经验，对弱点系统也有一定了解；
  - 具有工程部门日常管理经验，能合理安排日常工作；
  - 具有较强的沟通能力，特别是与承包商之间的交流
  - 具有较强的分析与操作能力，对现有系统和工作能提出独到的改进计划
