  - Heating, ventilation and aircondition（暖通）
  - Water and sewery (给排水)
  - Electrical (电气)
  - Telecommunication and alarm systems（通讯，报警系统）
  - Automation (自动化)
  
  Requirements: Engineer (MSc, BSc), good english, work experience of designing in building projects, management skills, high motivation
