Job Content 工作内容 A. Main • Oversees the finance department. • Supervise a team of 5-6 finance staff. • In-charge of the accounting functions not limited to Cash & Bank, A/C Payables, A/C Receivables, Cashflow, Tax at the operational level. • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial management reports for submission to Group. This includes P&L analysis with explanatory notes for differences between actual and budget. • Budget preparation and controlling. • Monitor the monthly aging of sales proceeds and ensure prompt • Setup financial control system to ensure check and balance. • Maintain good working relationship with local authorities eg, Tax Bureau, SAFE, etc. • Manage the finance operation independently. B. Others • Any other ad-hoc matter as required.
Education Requirement 知识和教育水平 University degree or above; in Accounting &/or Finance-related fields.
Required level of experiences 所需的工作经验 • Preferably with working experience in property development companies. • Have hands-on finance experience in China operation. • Preferably with knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. • Must be proficient in English and Chinese.
