  Education Civil Engineer Degree, Bachelor or Master
  
  Related field experience min. 3 years experience in building construction, design or cost estimation
  
  Certificates Appreciated, but not required
  
  Language Skills Fluent Chinese, good English Knowledge
  
  Computer Skills Sound knowledge in EXCEL, MS Word, MS Project, ACAD, MS Power Point
  
  Flexibility Shanghai or Beijing offices
  
  Soft Skills Self confidence and high self assertion
  Communicative and ability to work as a team member
  Capability of structured thinking
  Eagerness to learn and adopt knowledge
  Diligence and precise working style
