Responsibilities • Supervising the fitout/finishes works of the project under the direction of the Deputy Construction Manager-Civil/Structural. • Ensuring that Contractors engaged on projects under the control of Hooker Cockram undertake their work in a safe manner and to the complete extent of the contracts in terms of quality, scope of works and performance. • Implementing project quality plan • Other tasks as assigned by your direct Manager and assist other project members as required.
Qualifications & Experience: • Preferably Major in Interior Decoration • Minimum 6 years‘ relevant experience preferred, or exceptional experience with foreign companies. • Proficient in Word, Excel, Auto CAD and Project. • Reasonable command of oral and written English • Familiar with related local and National codes and standards
