职位描述

任职要求

• 工作职责：
  1． 负责日常进出货的安排并登记入帐。
  2． 负责对货物的质量、规格、数量进行验收，并做好书面记录，发现有质量异议的货物在第一时间报告
  主管，并处理备案。
  3． 负责质保书的归档。
  4． 配合采购物流部门安排发货与运输事宜，确保货物以准确的数量、安全准时地送达目的地
  5． 负责仓库的台账处理，维护公司的Scala进销存系统，确保库存信息的准确与时效性
  6． 根据公司要求进行库存盘点，确保帐实相符。
  7． 完成公司交办的其它临时任务。
  要求：
  1、大专以上学历，物流或行政文秘专业者优先；
  2、男女不限，工作积极主动，具有团队精神和良好的职业操守；
  3、工作认真细致，快速准确处理出库单据；
  4、接待客户提货时严格按照公司规定的流程进行操作；
  5、能熟练应用电脑及基本办公软件（MS-Office、IE等）。
